Application scope and working principle：
Fluidized drier ,the so-called fluidized bed has been continuously improved during the last 30 years ,and widely used in such fields as pharmaceutical ,chemical ,foodstuffs ,cereals process etc.e.g.dehumidification and drying for powdery ,granulate materials including raw-material drug ,granulate patent medicine ,electuary ,feed and plastic resin etc ,.material size can be set within 0.1-6mm and preferable at 0.5-3mm.
Working principle can be detailed ad :Clean hot air enters into the bed through valve distribution and enables the wet materials entered from feeder to form fluidized state ,just like boiling water jumps inside the bed ,thus it's called fluidized drier ,the sufficient contact of hot air with materials realizes the prompt drying process ,which takes only a few seconds time to finish the whole fluidization .
As the materials temperature will not be higher due to short drying time ,thr drier is also applicable for thermosensitive materials.
Heating methode：
Steam or electric heating ,oil fueled (or coal fueled) thermal furnace can also be used .
Installation discription：
1.Fluidized bed ,spiral separator and bag dust filter can be positioned directly on the flat cement floor without anchoring bolt .fan can be in -door or out-door installed with base and anchoring bolt ,outlet shall be designed according to actual conditions.
2.No leakage is allowed to the air route system to avoid influence to the drying result.
