Usage：
◆GTJ series fixed lifting feeder is mainly used in the lifting and charging of solid materials in pharmaceutical enterprises.It is also extensively used in the chemical,light and food industries.
Structure：
◆GTJ series fixed lifting feeder consists of the column,lifting system and barrel turnover mechanism,and is equipped with a special barrel and a hopper having a butterfly valve.The surface of the lifting machine,the barrel lifting and turnover components,the barrel and the hopper are all made of stainless steel.To begin to work,the hopper should first cover the barrel loaded with material,the barrel is lifted to the required height by a lifting machine,then is turned over 180° with the barrel bottom up and the hopper down,open the butterfly valve,then the material in barrel will be conveyed to the downstream equipment.
Note:There are two kinds of lifting mechanism,i.e. hydraulic mechanism and sprocket wheel.
