RLY Series Oil Fueled Hot Air Furnace

 Usage：

▲RLY series horizontal metal body oil fueled indirect heating hot air furnace self developed by our plant is a kind of hot air heating unit combining burning and heat exchange with higher thermal efficiency（can reach 70-80%) .Temperature of output hot air can reach 300℃.Inside the furnace ,smoke and air flow separately ,as a result ,heat exchanged air is of clean hot air .As a support facility for each drying equipment ,it is widely used for heating and wet estraction of agricultural products including cereal ,seed feed ,fruit ,dehumidified vegetable, meshroom ,Jews'ear ,tremella ,tea and tobacco etc .as well as pharmaceuticals and chemical raw materials etc .

Notes ：
1.Output temperature means the temperature rise value when input temperature rise value when input temperature is at 20℃ .
2.When output temperature is higher than 250℃ ,inner wall of hot airfurnace shall be made from high temperature resistant materials like stainless steel ,price is to be fixed later .
3.Combustion value of the oil is calculated ad per 10000Kcal/kg .
4.Equipment layout drawing is available upon request .
5Birmer model is of Italian “Yigao brand” ,other burners with the similar specification is optional .
