Model HZG Direct Heating Rotating Cylinder Drier

 Features：

◆The mechanization content of rotating drier is high and its productive capacity is large.
◆Because the resistance when fluid passes through the cylinder is small,the consumption of power is low
◆Have strong adaptabiliy to raw materials.
◆Its operation is constant and is operation cost is cheap.The homogeneity of dried product is good.

 Principle of Operation：

◆After raw material is put into the dryer from one end, it is weltered through ladles that are arranged uniformly in it and spread it uniformly and contact with clockwise (counter clockwise) flow air fully. So it fastens heat conduction for drying. During the period of drying, under the action of incline ladles and hot air flow, its speed of movement can be controlled. After dried, the finished product is discharged through discharged valve.

 Scope of Application：

◆It is suitable for drying raw materials with big granularity and high specific gravity come from chemical industry, mines, metallurgy industry and so on, such as: mine stone, mine residual of blast furnace, coal, metallic powder, phosphorus fertilizer, thiamine and so on;
◆Dry powder,granule raw materials which have special requirements to dring;
◆Dry raw materials the need to dry at low temperature continuously and its batch is large.
