 Main Characteristics：

●The equipment is integrated with crushing ,drying and grading .Its input matter is slurry and the output is dried powder.

 Application：

This equipment is applicable of continuously drying matters with high humidity, high consistency ,high viscosity and sensitivity in paste ,powder ,or particle state such as dye
pigment ,coating ,forage ,fertilizer ,fluxing agents of chemical fibre and rubber in chimecal ,light ,petrochemical ,pharmaceutical .food and mining industries.

 Work Principle：

●Hot air entering into air distributor (3) tangentially will go to drier (6) at high speed from the bottom of the conical section ,where it is driven by stirrer (4) to create a strong whirlwind .The matters loaded into the drier by screw-type feeder (5) will be broken into pieces by the stirrer , and then are heated and dried thoroughly by the hot air .Under the action of strong centrifugal force ,these broken pieces impact and frictionize each other to become very fine particles in fluidizing state (the high temperature zone from the feeding port to the bottom of the drier is also called as fluidizing section ).Most portion of moisture of the matters will be vapoured in the fluidizing section .The dried particles are moved to the upper part of the drier for further drying by the whirlwind.
●There is a circular apron on the top part of the drier called as grader (7) ,above which is the grading section .Those matters with big particle size or much moisture will be spun off to the wall of the drier under centrifugal force and stopped back to the drying section by the circular apron for redrying .Only those particles which are very fine and have been completely dried will be carried into cyclone separator (8)by hot air through the hole of the grader . The dried products are filled into the bags continuously through a pocket unloader. The wet hot air is discharged through bag duster (10) by means of a draught fan (11) .
