USE：

▲This is a far-infrared tunnel drying oven which is widely used for drying sterlizetion of ampoules ,easy-opened bottles vials and other glass vessels in pharmaceutical industry ,as for drying matters in chenical,food and electronic industries.

 Characteristics of the structure ：

▲this drying oven is made of ICr18Ni9Ti material or imported stainless steel plate of SUS304 and the conveyer belt is made from stainless steel chain or mesh belt.The driving speed of the belt can be varied steplessly.
▲The heating element of the oven can be either far-infared quarta heating tube or goldcoated quartez tube upon end user's demands ,mounted on the top of the oven with adjustable reflecting device for hightening thermal effciency.
▲The drying oven is equipped with an electric control cabinet which automaticaly controls the digital indicated temperature at a constant value.
▲A vertical stream of purified air with grade 100 cleanliness is provided at the oulet to cool the matter so as to atrictly keep.it from bacterium and dust.
▲The heat insulating layer inside the oven is made of superfine glass wool or aluminium silicate which possesses good heat insulation performance.

 Operation Instructions：

▲Close the main switch and the switch on Auto-heating push-button while set up the required upper and lower limits of temperature.A fer temperature reaches the contant state,start the driving motor and at the same,regulate the conveying speed .After that ,start the blower and adjust the blowng flow.The matter shall be carried with stainless steel tray or alumi-num plate on the chain or mesh-belt.The heating temperature and driving speed can be adjusted steplessly in accordance with the processing requirement for the purpose of drying and sterilizing.

 Point for attention：

▲Often fill the lubrication oil in the speed reducer.
